Liquidation Sale Policy

Effective: April 8, 2025

As part of a limited-time promotion, select items are available at a 50% discount off standard pricing. The following terms apply:

1. Eligibility

Liquidation Sale pricing applies exclusively to new orders—whether paid by monthly installments or as one-time payments—made during the promotional period that do not involve the return or substitution of previously purchased or financed items.

Customers with active financing agreements or return privileges may participate, subject to the limitations in Section 3.

2. Final Sale

All Liquidation Sale purchases are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or price adjustment.

3. Return Restrictions

If a customer returns an item previously purchased under a financing agreement or prior order within 10 weeks before or after purchasing the same or a substantially similar item at the Liquidation Sale price, the discount will be revoked. In such cases, the standard (non-discounted) price will apply, or the discount may be reversed.

The company reserves the right to review transactions to enforce this policy.

4. No Price Matching

Price adjustments will not be applied to items previously purchased or financed outside of the promotion, regardless of purchase date, financing terms, or delivery status. The company does not offer price matching for past or future transactions.

5. Modifications and Termination

The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or terminate the Liquidation Sale promotion at any time, without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting and will apply to all current and future transactions under the promotion.
